Communications Strategy

Often clients will tell us they need to up the ante with marketing and communications, but they feel a little unsure about exactly what they should do.
We use our straightforward and tested process to help clients get clear on what their business needs to achieve, and how to get the most value from their communications and marketing activities.
Phase 1

We conduct desktop research and facilitate a workshop with clients to discuss their strategic priorities, operating environment, key stakeholders, competitors, business challenges and opportunities.

Phase 2
Develop strategy

We confirm budgets and develop an integrated plan which outlines target audiences, narrative themes, key messages, communications channels/ platforms, recommendations and an activity schedule.

Phase 3
Implement activity plan

In consultation with our clients, we deliver the agreed activities over a defined time frame. This can be done flexibly under the scope of a monthly retainer, or as discrete projects.

Phase 4
Review & evaluate

We regularly review progress and fine-tune the communications strategy to ensure that desired outcomes are achieved.
